DWYC Run Club Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in any DWYC Run Club event organized by Do What You Can Fitness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
 

• Assumption of Risk
  Participation in the DWYC Run Club involves physical activity that may include inherent risks such as slips, falls, collisions, dehydration, or other injuries. You understand that these risks may result in serious injury, illness, or death, and you voluntarily choose to participate fully aware of these risks.

• Release of Liability
  You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Do What You Can Fitness, its owners, organizers, affiliates, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in any DWYC Run Club event. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims resulting from negligence, accidents, injuries, or property loss.
   

• Medical Treatment
  You consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during participation. You agree to assume full financial responsibility for any related medical costs.
   

• Fitness to Participate
  You certify that you are physically fit to participate in DWYC Run Club activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. You accept full responsibility for monitoring your own health and fitness throughout the event.
   

• Personal Responsibility
  You agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by DWYC Run Club organizers and volunteers. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
   

• Severability
  If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
